El personal muy eficiente y amable las instalaciones necesitan reforma la hubicacion te permite moverte cómodamente y de forma asequible en transporte público esta fuera del centro pero esto permite q sus precios sean asequibles.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The reception area is not clean and the staff seems indifferent.

Frühstückraum zu klein, zu wenig Personal um die anfallenden Arbeiten (Tische abräumen, Buffet nachfüllen) zubewältigen.

During good weather, as you have seen, we have the possibility to serve the breakfast both inside and on the external patio. In such manner, our guests can freely decide where to have it. Probably just needs a little bit of refurbishments. The hotel seemed a little dated compared to its neighbours. And house keeping were not very good at replacing toiletries so we had to keep phoning reception to ask for these. Also additional pillows and blankets would be useful as the rooms can get quite cold and the pillows provided are incredibly flat with little to no support. Cheers.

 Bathroom is kind of small for a family room. Bed isn't very comfortable. However, overall the stay in this hotel is still considered satisfactory.

Hotel is situated in front of the railway station and nearby busstop to/from airport. We had a very nice and big room. The pillow (very soft) could be changed. The breakfast could be better. The reception staff is very accurate and efficient. The internet is very slow (6th floor).

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. We arrived early in the morning, well before check-in, and the receptionist held our bags and tried to get us into our rooms as soon as possible. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect as we arrived by bus and left by train. With both stations across the street we could not have had a more convenient hotel. Additionally the bus into Venezia stopped right in front. The breakfast was delicious each morning and the waitstaff was very efficient.

 Wonderful stay and very helpful and professional staff! The location is excellent to visit Venice and the next door parking was very convenient. My only suggestion is to provide a faster and easier internet connection. But in general we were very satisfied with our experience. Thanks!!
