Hotel bien situé pour visiter Venise. Le personnel trés professionnel, jeune et attentif à nos demandes, remerciements DAVIDE, RICARDO et aux 2 jeunes filles que je n'ai hélas pas retenu leurs prénoms (séjour du 17 au 21/05/2015). Merci au personnel du petit déjeuner, pour leur bonne humeur et leru gentillesse, nous reviendrons à venise et à l'hôtel tritone; et nous en parlerons à nos amis, c'est sûr. Mr et Mme LECOCQ B. Estancia fantástica, pero deben saber que en la última noche entre las 2h y las 3h de la madrugada los clientes de la habitación de al lado montaron una auténtica fiesta y gritos.

Estimado Huésped,

primeramente, queremos agradecerle su confianza al elegir el Hotel Tritone para alojarse en Venecia-Mestre. Estamos convencidos de que las obeservaciones de los huéspedes son determinantes para una buena gestión hotelera.

Estamos felices que su esperiencia en nuestra casa fue positiva: hacemos lo mejor posible para satisfacer nuestros huéspedes.

Sentimos muchos que su reposo fue molestado por los clientes de la habitación de al lado, lamentablemente el sentido común no siempre prevalece. Sin embrago, si usted nos hubiera señalado éste inconveniente, habríamos intervenido con las precauciones necesarias para resolver el problema.

The staff was extremely accommodating for our early morning departure. Not only did they make sure our taxi was there by 4:30 AM, but also they gave us a delicious breakfast to take away with us. Thank you.

We were 6 people and we had 6 rooms. We stayed at the hotel for one night. When we checked out the front office gave my colleague a wrong bill and my colleague told her that it was not his room. She argued with him that it was his fault and her tone was not friendly at all. This siuation made us left the hotel with disappointed even though we were very happy with every thing else especially the service at the breakfast.

We are sorry for the inconvenience happened during the check-out; we hope you could accept our most sincere apologies. Unfortunately, to the bottom of the problem there was an error provoked by our property management system.

We regret you thought that the tone of our receptionist was not friendly. Her purpose was simply to understand and solve the problem in the best way for all of you. Mr Jatupornjarus, we sincerely hope this episode does not undermine the confidence in our Hotel Tritone.

We booked a family room for 3 adults and at the time I asked if the beds would be a proper bed. Unfortunately the beds were not suitable but the staff were excellent and transferred us to an executive room and put an extra bed in. Excellent will book this room again.

The Tritone is my favorite place to stay when planning an early AM flight out of Marco Polo. The staff are very accommodating and proximity to both Mestre station and the buses to the airports is great.
