oggiorno senz'altro positivo; situazione dell'hotel ottima per le connessioni con la ferrovia, con l'aereoporto (bus poco costoso, diretto e frequente) e con Mestre centro e periferia (taxi e autobus), senza scordare la facilità di raggiungere Venezia.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice and a great value. it is close to the train station, Rooms are clean and the breakfast was wonderlful. the staff was very helpful with any questions.

This is an excellent choice when trying to avoid the venice crowds and carrying your luggage on the vaporetto.

This hotel was fantastic, the front desk staff was very helpful and very nice. THe resturant staff, a chinese lady was very rude and not helpful and she seemed annoyed with everyone in the resturant.

Such a convenient and comfortable hotel! We came by train from Udine with much luggage and it was so convenient to just walk across the street to the hotel then just a short walk down the street to the airport bus in the morning. For 1 euro we took the train into Venice for dinner and had a lovely walk there. The service at the hotel was professional and very courteous. The convenience to the train, bus and Venice is fabulous even with the summer crowds. We had no problems at all. The price of the room was excellent and the rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again.

At breakfast time on our second night say (24Jul) there was only one staff dealing with all the guests. She was very busy and could not deal with all the guests on her own, we did not ask for tea or coffee as it would have only added to the pressure she was under.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sent us to a fun seafood restaurant near hotel. Hotel is right across from train/bus, so very convenient to get into Venice. Rooms very nice and great rates. Breakfast was decent. Parking next to hotel. Bus can be very busy, many times standing room only.

I chose the hotel based on teh location accross the street from the Venezia Mestre train station. It is convenient to take the train to Venice St Lucia or elsewhere. The neighborhood around the hotel is not very appealing but then again the station was the convenience. It was very confortable and the Moro restaurant about 2-3 blocks from it is excellent. Rooms were comfortable and quite. Breakfast was great. WiFi was a little slow. Front desk staff was very friendly, accomodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Staying in Venice island is picturesque (I did both) but you don't look forward to lugging your bags all over the city to your hotel.
