We have been in the hospitality industry since 1960 and we our extensive personal experience is that our staff are the most important aspect for our guests. “I personally like to stay in a Hotel where I immediately feel a connection with the people that work there.” says Michela (Manager) “and I hope that our guests can find this kind of welcoming empathy whenever they cross the threshold of the hotel Tritone.”

Michela is the Resident Manager.

“My purpose is to create a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests by ensuring that the people who work with me in the Tritone every day are happy. We try to ensure a prompt response to every guest request and we hope that they feel free to contact us in any eventuality.

 

Mirco is the Front Office Manager.  

He prefers front office work because it puts him in direct contact with the guests. Chatting to guests and improving their experience with his suggestions and directions is his favourite activity. We consider him the concerge of the hotel… so please don’t hesitate to ask him for information about Venice and the surrounding cities, he will be glad to help you.

 

Gianna has been responsible for the Tritone breakfast.  

She checks that everything is absolutely perfect for every guests breakfast. She enjoys meeting people who cannot wait to wake up to the famous Hotel Tritone buffet Breakfast. Taking discreet care of every guest and ensuring that breakfast is exactly according to individual preference is what has made her so successful at what she does. Please, feel free to ask her if you need something particular for your diet or even if you would simply like to share any suggestions.
