Riccardo - Resident Manager
Riccardo has been part of the Best Western Hotel Tritone team since 2010 and is the go-to person for everything that happens in the hotel. He manages the property from A to Z, always with a thoughtful and approachable attitude, and a natural talent for guest relations.
In his free time, he enthusiastically plays with his amateur football team and passionately supports Inter Milan. But his favorite role is being a dad: he spends every free moment with his two children. He loves music, especially rock, and never misses a concert with his wife.
Daniele – Front Office Coordinator
Daniele joined Tritone in 2019 and, although his front office career started almost by chance, he’s now one of the key people at reception. At first, he was quite reserved, but over time he grew to enjoy interacting with guests and hearing different perspectives from people all over the world. And then there’s the great atmosphere with his colleagues – a crucial part of the job.
Outside of work, he’s all about sports, reading, photography, and tech. He holds a degree in computer science and has a real passion for everything digital, without ever giving up the soundtrack of his life: 80s music, always playing in the background.
Camilla – Front Office Agent
Camilla joined the team in 2023 and works at the front desk welcoming guests. She loves her job because it allows her to connect with people from all walks of life, hear their travel stories, share curious moments, and handle the occasional unexpected twist with a good attitude.
In her free time, she loves reading, playing board games with friends, and baking sweets. She’s passionate about all things nerdy and has a soft spot for animals, especially cats. And there’s a special moment coming up in her life – she’s about to get married!
Phil – Breakfast Waiter
If you’ve had breakfast at Tritone, chances are you’ve already met Phil – always smiling and ready to start your day with great service. He’s been working at the hotel since 2011, but his story with us goes way back: he was already part of the team from 2002 to 2008. He’s truly part of the family.
Born in Thailand, he’s been living in Italy for 29 years and loves traveling, watching movies, and listening to music. What does he love most about his job? Seeing happy and satisfied guests. And trust us – thanks to his kindness and attention to detail, that happens every morning!
Loredana – Breakfast Waiter
Since 2022, Loredana has been a steady presence at the Tritone breakfast buffet, starting each morning with energy and a sweet touch. What makes each day special for her is the bond with her colleagues – working in harmony with the team really makes a difference.
Outside the hotel, she enjoys mountain walks and quiet moments with her family. She’s married, has a 6-year-old son, and a cat named Bea who has been part of the family for 10 years. In her free time, what she values most is being with her loved ones.
Loretta – Breakfast Waiter
Loretta has been part of the breakfast team since 2017. She’s a warm and curious presence, always happy to chat with guests. She enjoys connecting with people from all over the world – each meeting is a chance to learn something new. The friendly vibe among her colleagues also makes work a joy.
She recently moved into a house with a garden and discovered a passion for gardening and growing vegetables. She’s a huge animal lover, with five adopted cats, and in her free time she loves traveling and taking care of her little green oasis.
Linda – Breakfast Kitchen
Linda joined the Tritone team in 2023 and has been preparing breakfast with care and attention ever since. What gives her the most satisfaction is seeing happy guests after a good breakfast, knowing she helped start their day on the right note.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and pampering her cat. She describes herself as calm and cheerful – a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her sunny personality shines through.

I am passionate about DIY and I have built the furniture of my entire home: doing minor maintenance at the Hotel Tritone is a piece of cake for me!
I have been working at the Hotel Tritone since 2015.
Isa – Porter
Isa joined the Tritone team in February 2024, but it feels like he’s been here forever – always helpful, smiling, and eager to lend a hand. He enjoys every aspect of his work, especially welcoming guests and being there whenever they need assistance.
In his free time, he loves swimming, working out, and spending quality time with his family. He’s married and has two children, aged 16 and 9, and he cherishes every moment with them. For him, both at home and at work, people are what matter most.
Michele – Maintenance Technician
Since 2017, Michele has been our official Mr. Fix-It: if there’s something to repair, build, or invent – he’s on it. A former artisan, he’s the type who never backs down and proudly calls himself a natural-born “McGyver.” He enjoys the variety in his job and sees each challenge as a new opportunity.
In his free time, he loves river fishing using the spinning (catch and release) technique, cooking, enjoying good food, and following every MotoGP race. He’s married, has a 23-year-old son he goes to concerts with, and a 15-year-old daughter he enjoys shopping with. For him, family time is priceless.
Paola – Head of Housekeeping
Paola has been at Tritone since 2017 and has a keen eye for detail. What she loves most is making sure every room is spotless and welcoming so that every guest feels at home. She’s precise and organized, and she contributes to the hotel’s positive atmosphere every day.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with her family. She’s married and has a son with whom she shares many special moments. For her, time together is what truly matters.
Yaneisi – Housekeeping
Yaneisi has been working at Tritone since 2022 and brings precision and enthusiasm to everything she does. She enjoys working in a team where everyone strives to do their best, and she pays close attention to every detail in her daily tasks.
Outside of work, her life is full of love and animals: she’s a mom to an 11-year-old daughter and lives with what can only be called a small zoo – 20 rabbits, a cat, two hens, a bird, a fish, and even a gecko. She enjoys traveling, cycling, staying active, and most of all, spending time with her family.
