Is it possible to request a crib/cot in the room?
Yes. Children up to 3 years old stay for free when using an available crib/ cot.
Do you have non smoking rooms?
Yes. Both smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are available. You can indicate your preference when booking online.
Do you have a pet policy?
Yes, small pets are allowed upon request. There is a € 20 fee for final cleaning at the end of the stay.
What are the general terms for canceling a reservation?
All bookings made directly through the hotel’s website can be canceled without penalty if guests give notice of cancellation by 4pm on the day before arrival. Thereafter, the Hotel charges a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. These conditions do not apply to special offers and to any reservation made through third parties (agency, tour operator and others); please refer to the terms laid out in the contract.
Do special offers have a different cancellation policy?
Yes, reservations made using our special offer Early Booking cannot be changed or canceled. Once the reservation is made, the total amount will be charged directly to the credit card used for online booking. For any other type of reservation of special offers, please refer to the general terms of cancellation of a reservation.
How much is the Tourist Tax?
The Municipality of Venice introduced the Tourist tax on August 24th, 2011. The applicable tax in 4 star hotels in the historic center of Venice is € 4.5 per person/ night and it is only imposed up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. The fee is to be paid directly at the Hotel Reception, and the payment will be fully transferred to the City Authorities and does not in any way pertain to the payment of Hotel services.
The tax does not apply to children under 10 years. Children between the age of 10 and 15 are entitled to a 50% reduction.
