What are the standard check in and check out times?
Check-in time: 2pm

Check-out time: 12am

Can I have a late check out?
Please contact us directly should you have special time constraints.

How many people can stay in one room?
Only 2 rooms can accommodate four guests – the others all between 1 and 3 guests.

What is the cost of putting an extra bed in the room?
There is a supplement of 25% of the price of a double room for each extra bed.

Is it possible to book a double room for single use?
Yes, it is possible. Double room for single use rate is 80% of the price of a double room.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?
Baby cots are available on request. Cots for children under two years old are free. (otherwise the cost of a cradle is 15 euro)

Do you have special facilities and services available for disabled travelers?
No

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Smoking and no smoking rooms are available, please note your preference on the online booking form.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?
All rates are listed in euro, and include our American buffet breakfast.

Do I have to pay extra taxes?
No, taxes and service charges are also included.

Cancellation charges
All bookings made directly on the Hotel Sant'Elena website can be cancelled with no penalty fee if guests notify the hotel before 4pm of the day preceding the arrival date. Late cancellation fee is equal to the cost of the first night’s stay. These conditions do not apply to special offers. They also do not apply to bookings made through third parties (agencies and tour operators, etc). Please refer to the conditions specified in your contract.

Do special offers have a different cancellation policy?
Yes, reservations made using our special offers can not be modified or cancelled once they have been confirmed. Once booking is made we will charge the total amount on the credit card entered on the booking form. Please refer to the applicable individual cancellation policy should you book a special offer.



Does the hotel offer an Internet access?
Free Wi-fi connection is available in all our rooms and in the common areas. Two PC’s are available in the hall for guests.

How much does the internet connection cost?
The internet connection is completely free.

Do you have a pet policy?
Guests may bring small pets if they give advance notice. Pets are only allowed in the guest rooms. Please note that there is a 20 euro final cleaning cost for pets.
